How to Draw a Sly Fox Step by Step

Drawing animals is always fun, but drawing a sly fox is extra exciting because it looks playful and clever at the same time. Whether you’re new to drawing or have a little experience, this guide will help you make a cute fox from start to finish. Follow these simple steps, and you’ll have a fox ready to jump off the page!



Step 1: Draw the “Hawk Eyes”

Start with the eyes. Draw two small circles for the fox’s eyes. Think of them like “hawk eyes” – sharp and smart. These circles help you know where the face will be and give the fox a lively expression. Keep the spacing balanced so the face looks natural. Use a light pencil so you can erase if needed.


Step 2: Add the Nose and Mouth

Next, draw the nose. Make a small oval just below the eyes. Then draw a tiny curved line for the mouth, like a cheeky smile. Even a small detail like this gives your fox personality and makes it look alive.



Step 3: Shape the Face and Add Fur
